Newest Member of the Olympic Diving Team....MOSLEY

Well we started our day with another fun car ride to Hanford!! Mosley Style!! Sunroof open windows down! Apparently FauxMama's window regulator went out on Betsey Beamer, so we didn't really have a choice that the window was down.  It was my window so I didn't really care!!! Once in Hanford we had to immediately go down to the car repair place to have the window fixed, that's cool!! The guys at J & T Motors were super cool. Apparently one guys used to be a bird dog trainer. He said a few weeks with him, and it would no longer be a game of RUN KITTY RUN! It would be SORRY KITTY SORRY!

FauxMama decided after lunch that we would take a little "walk" around FauxGma's yard. Its kinda like being in a park!! BUT WAY BETTER!! We played some Frisbee, and then I show some real potential in the pool! I know I wasn't supposed to go in... because of my leg. But it was SUPER HOT in Hanford, 103 degrees!! So I HAD to go in!! I had to make sure Frisbee didn't over heat!!

First Frisbee and I just hung out on the first step...But I kept dropping Frisbee on the second step...and in my attempts to get it, I pushed it onto the third step.  Which is much too deep for me to stand on, let alone put my head under water to get Frisbee. Although I did try!!

I need to make some observations here: Up until this point in my life, I have not really spent that much time in a pool.  It's mostly been the ocean, since NO ONE has a pool in the city.  Let me list some Pros and Cons...

Okay let's get to the fun part!!! So after playing FRISBEE STEP FRISBEE, I decided to take the plunge and try out for the Olympic diving team.  Please note these recordings are only my best, and I still have lots of practice ahead of me!

Diving from the 2nd Step!!

THAT'S WHAT I AM BOOF-ING ABOUT!!

The Low Dive, with perfect form! Assisting me is FauxGma, occasionally referred to as Golden Retriever, when she has to retrieve Frisbee from the bottom of the pool! Frisbee only floats when handled properly!!

PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!! This is for professionals only!!
THE OLYMPIC HIGH DIVE
Again I am assisted by FauxGma/Golden Retriever!

DRYING OFF!!

After all this fun in the sun, we headed home to Clovis.  We arrived to a house that had had NO air conditioning for what appeared to be most of the day (based on the temperature of the house)! FauxMama was a bit on edge, I could see the steam coming from her ears!! I mean poor thing, first the air in her car, then the window, then the house air conditioner, I am not sure she can take much more...But after brief call to her Papa, FauxGpa suggested she check the breaker.  I accompanied her to A. make sure there were no pesky KITTIES and B. to show her my support. Luckily FauxGpa was right! It was the circuit breaker! A HUGE relief came over all of us.  It was going to be a HOT time in the OLD town tonight with no air!!!

It was finally cooling down....

FauxMama served dinner and then was headed off to a dinner party. It was a HUGE day, and I was really glad when FauxMama left for her dinner party. That meant that Macy and I had the place to ourselves. Peace and quiet.  Although Macy was feeling quite ill again after a binge of apples (we think)!! I was loving life!!

AM: I ate all kibble AND my Dasuquin.
PM: I ate all my kibble. Macy did not, she ate too many apples off the ground in Hanford, her tummy hurts!
Stool: Still loose.
Sore: Hmmmm. I don't think the swimming was a good idea! The sore closest to my foot has opened up a bit, but there is no drainage. We put medicine on!!  FauxMama called Dr.Moran to get the test results and make sure that she's not going to have Staph from swimming with me. But he was out today, and will be in tomorrow.  She said she will touch base with him tomorrow.
